Muscles need calories, if you’ve got them you burn more calories everyday, for free!
4. Watch what you drink as well as what you eat
A bottle of coke has more calories than a apple pie. A white coffee with no added sugar has more calories than a chocolate bar. Fruit Juice while having some nutritional value, should only be consumed in small doses, as it has almost as many calories as soft drink. It isn’t uncommon for people to consume half their recommend daily intake of calories through what they drink.
What to wear to training
if you are new to training odds are your body shape will alter dramatically over the next few months so while you need workout gear I suggest that you hold off on buying that $80 singlet to sweat in for a while

Try to get 2-3litres of water a day. Sources like Soft drinks, juices, coffee and cordial don’t count. Drinking enough water is another trick to increase your metabolism.
